Thanks for replying, but that's not the issue - I'm on a desktop, so power management isn't a problem. I've tried uninstalling both the VOID wireless headset device and the AVNGEAR thing that it shows up as in bootloader mode, as well as reinstalling CUE. None of these things have worked.

In Windows 10 Pro, Cue 2.14.67, ran the firmware update. When instructed to replug the headset, the device was no longer recognized in device manager, nor in Cue. This sounds like the bootloader mode I've seen referenced in other threads about wirelesss VOID RGBs. There is no option to force an update because it's just not appearing anywhere.
