If the fans are working its a software problem, try to acess cam offline mode , it might start showing properly the fans rpm, don't ask me how the hell using offline resolves that issue, but it has worked to me in the past. If fans aren't working at all, contact nzxt support, and avoid CPU load, you don't want to reach temps too high.

If you have the two fans connected to two of the 3-pin slave PWM connectors, this could cause your issues. Check and move one of the PWM fans to the 4-pin PWM connector that has all 4 pins. CAM is also only compatible with Windows desktop. When using a laptop or linux setup data may not show properly.

Aug 30, 2011 · And I now have 3 x 120mm fans that came with the Kraken X73. These 3 groups of fans are all connected to the Smart Device V2, on their own channel. Nothing is connected to the motherboard except for the CPU fan/pump connector, to monitor the pump's RPM, and the USB 2.0 connector. Everything is detected normally in CAM
May 28, 2019 · The day after building it I checked the Cam software from NZXT since my CPU cooler is a NZXT x72 and it says my CPU fan speed is at 0 RPM but my CPU seems to be cooled on idle its at 35ish to 40 sometime 50 depending on what task I'm doing or what I'm watching and when gameing it's at 70-80 on Rainbow six siege a CPU intensive game.
I noticed that on the NZXT CAM software, it shows my GPU fan speed at 0 RPM, when they are indeed spinning. Right now all 3 fans are spinning for 3-4 seconds, then stops, then spins again (Is this normal btw?). All I'm doing is typing surfing the web. I don't know if this means anything, but the weather here is really hot right now.

I just updated the CAM software to 3.6.3, and I have also already uninstalled and reinstalled. Fan speed is stuck at 0 RPM, although the fans are spinning and the pump is active. Any change that I make to the fan curve does nothing to the performance, and I have already experienced one crash because of this.

Jun 12, 2020 · The configuration is in BIOS or motherboard app, not in NZXT CAM. I have only case fans controlled by NZXT CAM of my H500i case. Even with that, the CPU fan was still noisy (1500-2000 rpm), so I replaced the stock AMD Wraith Prism with a cheap CoolerMaster Hyper212 and it now runs at slightly lower temperature with fan speed of 700-800 rpm.

It won't notify you unless it's running. Do you have a fan profile set and is your pump running at max rpm? Coolant and CPU temps in equilibrium shouldn't ever happen unless you have a faulty temp probe in the coolant or your pump is moving that liquid around at a snails pace with the fans barely running.
