In Windows 10 Pro, Cue 2.14.67, ran the firmware update. When instructed to replug the headset, the device was no longer recognized in device manager, nor in Cue. This sounds like the bootloader mode I've seen referenced in other threads about wirelesss VOID RGBs. There is no option to force an update because it's just not appearing anywhere.

Like i said I think it's in bootloader, but i've done all the steps to try to get it out of bootloader mode multiple times, as well as other things like rolling back and uninstalling the drivers.
