This chair was SOLD AS A DXRACER CHAIR, but now after speaking to Need for Seat - low and behold, they were selling imitation DXRacer chairs which are now called MAXNOMIC.

The XL series they sent me {after I had to pay an additional $40 in shipping} had the same problems as listed above with the addition of the armrest mounting holes also not being level so that one armrest sits farther forward than the other one.

I purchased a MAXNOMIC Leader and a MAXNOMIC Dominator directly from the needforseat website, both in black. I got the Leader for myself, 6'1" 260 lbs, and it fits me perfectly. I got the Dominator for my wife 5'1" 180 lbs, and it fits her nicely. Both of these chairs are awesome.
