Jun 16, 2011 · Hey guys I have the titan 2020 series. I wanted to know how the lumbar support should be used. On the website it says you have to get use to how this is but I can’t find a good configuration with it.

Apr 30, 2011 · The new one's lumbar adjustment wheel now makes a clicking noise when turning. Not annoying at all, since this noise is only there when you are actively changing the lumbar position, but it is apparent that Secret labs replaced the lumbar support system in the chairs. Also, now no matter how much pressure I put on the back, absolutely no noise!!!
